Sundays are my time. Ever since working for myself it seems even Sundays are no longer sacred and all of the days blur into one. Don’t get me wrong, I love my job and it never feels like work, but sometimes, you need to put the laptop/phone/ipad down and gain a little perspective. This is where my Sunday Spa comes in. After reading Estee Lalondes book Bloom and all about her Sunday Spa day, I realised this was just what my life was missing. me time. So now I always make sure I take the time out to treat myself to a little pampering, here’s how it goes . .

5 Nude Lipsticks I Wear On Repeat

Though I rarely talk about make up over here, it’s probably pretty apparent that I’m partial to a nude lip. browny, nudey, pinky, glossy, matte, sheen . . so long a it’s nude I’m happy. I’ve also gone into the products I use on my hair which I only recently realised the importance of!

2 Products That Will Grow Your Hair

I’ve been testing two different ranges of products that claim to help you grow your hair for a while now, a couple of months for one and a couple of months for the other, as I wanted to see for myself if these products were really worth the hype and essentially, if they actually grow your hair? When I was working as a stylist a hair and make up artist once said to me that it is impossible for any product to actually grow your hair because it’s dead already once its out of your head, the only way to help grow it is to stimulate the roots. So I was already on the slightly doubting side of belief on these before I was started, they had a lot of work to do.
