Aurora London

As a fan of all thing’s rose gold and dainty, I’m in love with this little rope bracelet by Aurora London. They’re actually birthstone bracelets, all made with sterling silver with the option of rose gold plating ( had to be!). This isn’t my birthstone, I was born in May and this is the birthstone for March! I chose it partially for the colours ( I mean how good does that rose gold and pastel blue look together?) and partially for the healing properties. The Aquamarine stone is said to bring with it energy and emotional balance, as someone that suffers from anxiety which can often leave you feeling drained and out of energy, I thought this was the perfect option for me! I love wearing cute little bracelets like this in the summer, I’m debating getting a second colour to layer up!! If you fancy treating yourself to one of these beauties or maybe you’ve got someones birthday coming up, remember to use the code ‘ALBB’ for 15% off item from the birthstone bracelet collection, valid until the end of July!

Missguided Summer Wish List

Missguided Summer Wish List

I’ve always been a major fan of Missguided but this summer they’ve seriously upped their game. I’m currently in the middle of an hour long debate over whether to get the playsuit in white or stripey and what do I need more? a bardot crop or a new bikini? These are some hard hitting questions and I know your feeling my pain right now! I’m going to have to order these short’s though, they’re perfectly ripped and don’t look too short, bum cheek chic is not a look I go for! But then if I get the shorts surely I have to get the top because they’ll look so cute together! And of course the look wouldn’t be complete without those sandals.. ok, I’ll get it all!! Links from left to right: Bandeau Bikini Top | Bikini Bottoms | Lace Bardot Playsuit | Denim Ripped Shorts | Bardot Crop | Denim Dress | Grey Marl Bikini | Peplum Cami | Cat Eye Sunglasses | Lace Up Sandals | Bell Sleeve Lace up Top |  Ripped Jeans | Striped Bardot Playsuit | Happy Shopping! Let me know what you decided to get!

Stripes

Stripes

This is the first outfit post on my new camera! What do you think?! It’s not great as me and Lauren my sister and loyal photographer are both still getting to grips with it! The quality is great though! Love how clear it is! Bear with us and hopefully this time next month we’ll be pros! This cute little striped dress I picked up from H&M for just £14.99 – can you believe it?! I love a t shirt dress, so comfortable and because they’re not too clingy you can wear them all day and eat out without worrying about bloating etc! I actually found this beauty in the LOGG section on H&M, I’ll be honest it’s not often that I find myself in this section as I usually dismiss it as a bit ‘mumsy’ .. I take it all back! The lace up detail is super cute and not too low, I’m loving the lace up trend but I find that a lot of the styles on the high street are super low cut which as a member of the small boobs gang can be a minefield! As a lover of basics, stripes are definitely on my wardrobe staples list so if you ask me, any piece of clothing with stripes on is an investment. LOVING these new sunglasses from Asos, I saw them on a friends Instagram a few weeks ago and finally made the purchase this week, I won’t be taking them off all summer! Talking about not taking things off, this pastel Urban Watch will not be leaving my wrist, it’s the perfect accessory for summer outfits. New Toy : Samsung NX3000

New Toy : Samsung NX3000

So this week I went to check out my new prospective camera, as mentioned in the previous post the Olympus PEN ELP-7. I was about to make my purchase when I decided to check out the Samsung NX3000, the similar style that I’d seen be compared to the Olympus in many reviews but as my sister said, it’s like when you want an Iphone but you get a Samsung. Anyway, after checking out the camera, apart from the fancy effects and the sleeker look I couldn’t really see much difference to the Olympus and at less than half of the price I brought it there and then! Let me tell you now that I am in LOVE. This is my new favourite toy and as I’m sure you’ll have noticed on my instagram if you follow me, already the images are such better quality. Not sure if I’ll be taking my selfies on the camera however! Sometimes not so great focus is what you want! So here’s what I love about my new camera: The Look, ok it’s no Olympus but it’s still got looks to kill and I feel pretty smug when I pull this baby out of my handbag! The quality, look how amazing it is! I love how you can focus on different areas The screen at the back flips up so you can take selfies and see yourself whilst doing it! There’s some really good filters WIFI – wifi is definitely the selling point for me! You can link it to your phone so your images go directly to your camera role, so perfect for instagraming! You can also use your phone as a remote control so you can take your own pictures if your photographers not around! I’ve been playing around with it a lot this week so I thought I would put up some of my photos to show you how much I love it and why you will too!
