Every season there’s something you’re gonna want to see all day err day on err thing. This season? It’s pearl embellishment. In the words of Beyonce, if you like it then put a pearl on it. I’ve put together a wish list of pearl embellished goodies along with an outfit that is 100% pearlified and may well be too much. But the question is, how much is too much?
I’ve got a rule. If I’m going to try a new trend that’s probably not going to suit me. I won’t spend more than £10 on it. If I like it then I either invest in a decent one or buy 5 more of the £10 version. If I don’t I chuck it out with yesterdays paper. JK who reads papers? This baker boy hat came in at the grand total of £7.09.

When I think of a Louis Vuitton Dupe I think of the markets in Turkey with that awful rip of print of the classic LV canvas. Louis Vuitton is probably the brand that’s been ripped off the most in the scheme of things but not so much on the high street. For Louis Vuitton, its all about the print and it isn’t until now that they’ve necessarily had a recognisable style that screams Louis Vuitton. Enter the Petite Malle.
