3 ways to wear . . Oversized Jumper

I know I do quite a lot of outfit posts but I don’t really do anything like this often, why not you ask? I’m asking myself the same question! Personally, I love reading things like this because it really helps me to decide on if I want something. I’m not really an impulse shopping kinda girl, well that’s a lie, I’m a buy it on impulse then take it all back kinda girl. Yep, one of those, if you work in a shop you hate me, I know it and I’m ok with it. Anyway I’ve gone completely off point, what I was trying to say was that I love reading these posts because it shows me how much I need the piece because it’s so versatile! So when I was given the task of styling this oversized jumper three different ways I was only too happy to take on the challenge. *Jumper : STALF | Jeans : Topshop | Scarf : Zara | Sandals : M&S Old *Jumper : STALF | Jeans : Primark | *Boots : Linzi Shoes | Bag : Zara *Jumper : STALF | Skirt : Primark | *Shoes : Next Old | Hat : H&M The Outfit with the white jeans is definitely my favourite, I got the boots this week from the lovely girls at Linzi Shoes. I’ve worn them twice and already there are three people who’ve said they’re buying them so if you want them then I’d hurry. They’re a really simple style but I love the colour and they’re just the right height I’d say! When I received the jumper from STALF I was shocked to discover it was fleece, read the product description? who? me? Anyway, the thought of wearing fleece again brought up memories of my sister taunting “someone call the fleece police” and I started to wonder how the hell can anyone make fleece look good. Anyway, I clearly had nothing to worry about as this is no ordinary fleece jumper. It’s so wearable, It literally goes with anything, never did I think I would see the day that I would be happy to wear fleece in public! Which looks your favourite?! I’d love to hear your thoughts!

Autumn Neutrals

Autumn Neutrals

Unless this is the first time you’re reading my blog you’ll be very aware (and sick to the back teeth of hearing) that I’m a lover of neutrals. In particular, white t shirts. Now to the normal eye this is a white t shirt, I however think it’s much more than a white t shirt and should be deemed a top.  I picked this up when I was in Zara a few weeks ago, I did have to stop myself from buying it in stripes and navy and black and the list goes on. I love the boxy shape and the thicker material, but what really sold it to me was the texture of the material. It’s kind of like towelling without being absolutely hideous, it’s got bobbly ish texture, ok I’m not great at describing things, just get it, you’ll love it and you’ll thank me. It’s really cheap if I remember rightly and also its crisp white. Not ivory, not off white, its white white which I love. I layered it up with my favourite charity shop find cardigan which goes perfectly (off course it does its neural) my pastel bag from Brown & Berry. I love the girls over at Brown & Berry for constantly keeping me up to date with their latest arm candy. This ones real leather and pretty much goes with anything. This was my go to bag on holiday because you can also tuck the strap in so it’s a clutch for the evening! Top : Zara | Skirt : Primark Old (Similar Here) | Cardigan : Charity Shop (Similar Here) | *Wedges : Next Old (Similar Here) | *Bag : Brown & Berry | *Watch : Urban Watch   I’m still in love with this denim skirt too, I think I’ll still be wearing it in the winter with chunky knits! Shirt Dress

Shirt Dress

Can we just take a minute to appreciate how nice this shirt dress is? When Forever Modo contacted me to say they’d like to collaborate (love those emails!) I was excited but also nervous. Let me just explain! Nervous because I’m a picky bugger and they were sending me something of their choice. Honestly though, I needn’t have worried, clearly the girls at Forever Modo had been stalking my style to see what I normally wear and they pretty much hit the jackpot when they sent me this! I don’t actually own a shirt dress, neither have I ever owned one before, but I love it. The tiny print, the relaxed shape and the roll up sleeves are all massive ticks for me. I probably wouldn’t have picked this out if I’m completely honest because I tend to stick to what I know, but I’m proud to say I’m now a shirt dress convert! We were having one of those rare days in the UK when the sun’s shining so I decided to bare my legs and wear my wedges for a kinda smart casual look. I have to warn you actually – this dress is incredibly sheer, you have to wear something underneath! I have this white tube dress/ skirt/ piece of material that I always wear under things like this, you could probably wear black too though if you wanted to give it a different look! I’ve definitely renewed my love for this handbag, not long after I got it the lovely girls at Brown and Berry sent me a handbag and then my boyfriend brought me a new one (ok, I’ll stop bragging) so it kind of got shoved to the back of my wardrobe. I can’t believe I did that to such a beautiful bag, yes it may weigh a ton but it’s worth the wonky shoulder and it’s perfect for Autumn, bonus for you guys, they still sell it online! If your reading this blog and thinking “hey, this is pretty good” I would be eternally grateful if you would nominate me for the cosmopolitan blog awards! I’ve put the link on the side of my blog but you can also nominate me here! Leave me a comment if you do so I can thank you individually!!!! *Shirt Dress : Forever Modo | *Wedges : Next Old | Bag : Zara | Necklace : Magpie on the Run Would you let someone else pick out clothes for you!? After this revelation I would definitely do it again! I think it’s great to try out new things! Follow me on Bloglovin

Autumn Rust

Autumn Rust

I’m about to say something controversial here, don’t hate me for saying it but.. I’m so glad it’s nearly Autumn. I know everyone’s supposed to love Summer and don’t get me wrong I love sipping a cocktail whilst lounging round the pool like the next girl, but lets be honest here, it ain’t never gonna happen in England. So we may as well embrace the season that we can depend on for weather, Autumn. Summer fashion can be a bit boring compared to the textures and layers in Autumn, I’m a sucker for a chunky knit and I’m not comfortable admitting how many pairs of boots I own ( they’re all unique in their own special way I promise!). This is kind of a half hearted Autumn look, I guess you could say its perfect for the transitioning, that definitely sounds better! I’ll tell you why its ‘perfect for transitioning’ , I’ve got a jumper with half sleeves, it’s warm but it’s not a full on jumper, and I’ve got open toe boots on, not quite ready to put my toes away for winter just yet! Lets just take a minute to mention these beautiful rings from Nikki Stark Jewellery. I love that they’re made from 9ct Gold and Silver which means they’ll last forever. If like me you’re forever walking round with green fingers then you’ll know what I mean, I never remember to take my jewellery off which means I’m lucky if I get to wear them more than a couple of times before the dreaded green finger sets in. I chose from the Wishbones range which considering they’re made from 9ct Gold and Silver they’re also super reasonably priced ranging between £12 – £35!   Jumper : Gina Tricot | Jeans : Topshop | *Boots : Linzi Shoes | Bag : Zara | *Sunglasses : Plastic Tail I don’t know if you can tell the difference as much as I can but one of my besties has returned from travelling and as she’s a photographer I managed to persuade her to shoot for me. Yay! I’ve also changed the way I edit my Instagram photos for a more sleek look, it was starting to look a bit like a jumble sale. I know not many people probably care but I hate it when my Instagram doesn’t match up! Anyway, I’m rambling! Let me know what you think of my new photographs! Can you tell the difference?? Also, hands up who’s secretly loving dressing for the cold weather?!

OOTD | Holiday Dress

OOTD | Holiday Dress

This time tomorrow I’ll be walking down the streets of Sorento eating Gelato without a care in the world! My boyfriend has gained himself some serious brownie points by booking an extra week in Italy before we go on to Greece. How can a girl say no to an offer like that? So this will be my last post for a couple of weeks but follow me on instagram (@sineadcrowe), snapchat (sineadcrowe) and twitter (@sineadxcrowe) to keep up to date with what I’m up to. Please expect lots of pictures of icecream and beaches! I’m going to do some lovely look book posts when I get back but I thought I’d give you a little preview with this beautiful dress from Pampelone. I was sent this a couple of weeks ago and have been dying to show it off, the quality is amazing and it’s the perfect little holiday dress! I love the style and the embroidered detail finishes it off perfectly, what I also love is that unlike other cold shoulder pieces, it doesn’t pop up around your neck which is always an added bonus! *Dress: Pampelone | Sandals : Topshop
