Hello, It’s Me . .

Did you wonder where I’d been? I’m sorry for the relentless stream of faceless posts but I promise to try and be more organised from now on! I’ve had a few sorry excuses (the flu, photographer on holiday) for not shooting which meant I was left imageless and with a pile of outfits building up, but I’m back. Don’t panic. I’ve been after a bomber jacket for a while, khaki of course, so when I was sent this one from Lily Lulu I was pretty damn happy about it! It’s so warm, like only marginally not as warm as my Zara shearling coat. It’s really nice to have an alternative to wear for the chilly weather because to be honest, the shearling’s taken a bit of  battering, we’re talking everyday wear here. I thought it was going to be cold to begin with because if I’m honest it’s a bit papery on the outside, but don’t be fooled theres lots of padding on the inside! It’s not exactly Topshop or Zara quality but for the price of it it’s really nice and it 100% does the job, I nearly fell asleep driving to work the other day it was like being wrapped in a quilt! SO cosy! Can we just take a minute to appreciate how badly I put my lipstick on?!This outfit is pretty much what I wear most days, I’m so in love with my H&M fringed jumper, its really warm but because it’s not a fluffy knit I don’t overheat in it – if you know what I mean? Also, cream jumpers are always a winner. Then of course my go to boots and bag at the minute, I have actually brought a smaller Zara bag recently (which I know you’ll be seeing a lot of) in an attempt to stop carrying round so much junk. Like honestly, I love this bag but I carry around so much crap, after a day of using it I genuinely feel like I’ve done a work out – arm day, is that a gym thing like leg day? Let me know what you think and again I do apologise for the lack of outfit posts, I love them too! Sidebar, have you all done your christmas shopping? I’m nearly finished but just have one tricky secret santa left to buy for! I’ve been using Selfridges gift guide for tips because it’s uh-mazing! Topshop also have a really good one sectioning it off into different personalities!

How to Nail Christmas Gifting for Men

How to Nail Christmas Gifting for Men

November Favourites

November Favourites

I’ve never done a post like this before but I love watching them on Youtube, and seen as I’m too much of a WIMP to start my own channel I shall continue to use them as inspo for blogging! Posts like this ‘November Favourites’ I find so helpful because its not just “here look what I brought” you can get a little review on the product and why they’re loving it.. so here goes. Also, if you do think I should start a youtube channel and you would actually watch it and subscribe, let me know because it is something I am seriously thinking about but I would feel awful for having to submit the world to the sound of my voice, is it just me that hates the sound of their voice on tape?(tape? what are we in 1990?) The Shearling Coat This isn’t just a November favourite, this is a since I brought it from Zara favourite. Wow that sounded like an M&S advert! Unfortunately for you guys it’s sold out everywhere but I’ll make a little widget and stick it below with some good copies! This coat though, was such a good investment. I felt physical pain when I handed my card over to pay £90!! But so worth it, I don’t think there’s been a day that’s gone by that I haven’t worn it and I know you get me when I say the fact that I can wear a lightweight top underneath it and still be warm is everything. The Public Desire Boots I’m just obsessed with these boots. I don’t think you need an explanation as to why, if you do then I don’t think I trust your judgetment!! They’re a dupe of the Topshop Master Boots but half the price, Public Desire always have discount codes too if you sign up to their newsletter or something, just a handy tip for you there! The White Tee I brought this T shirt in Zara in Sweden and I must wear it at least once a week, no shame. I’ve never tried to hide my obsession with white T-shirts, but this one has the nicest texture. It’s kind of bobble, lines? Not great at describing things but you can see it in the picture! Because it’s more structured too I love wearing it with just jeans and heels for a smart/casual look because lets face it I never go full out smart. The Rust Jumper I’m pretty sure you guys love this jumper as much as me. As you can see it’s gone all bobbly from the amount of times I’ve worn it but to be honest it’s not that obvious in real life and quite frankly I’m not prepared to part with it yet! I would honestly wear this everyday if it was socially acceptable, it’s definitely my go to piece for when I don’t know what to wear slash can’t be bothered! Again this is probably sold out but either way it’s from Gina Tricot which is a Swedish…

How to Style a Wrap Scarf

How to Style a Wrap Scarf

I haven’t done a post like this in a while so I thought it would be fun (and hopefully helpful) to do a three ways to wear post! I was sent this Burberry esque wrap scarf and honestly it’s been my winter saviour. I’s got the slits for your arms so you can wear it a la cape but I think it looks pretty good as a chunky scarf personally! Three ways to wear a wrap scarf Wrap Scarf : IntheStyle // Top : IntheStyle // Jeans : Topshop // Boots : Public Desire // Bag : Pauls Boutique  Casual Styling This is probably my favourite look of this post, probably because it took the least effort of them all and is the sort of thing I’ll wear most days. I do think though, it’s the perfect example of how great a wrap scarf can be, firstly it’ll keep me warm and allow me to wear a simple long sleeved top. Secondly, it turns just jeans and a top into a pulled together look. They do this wrap scarf in two different shades but I like the brighter colours because it reminds me of the Burberry one that was floating around last year. It also goes with a surprising amount of colours, well the limited amount of colours I wear anyway! Obviously, these boots are going to be hard to avoid now seen as I’m in love. I like to roll my jeans up to avoid the weird tucky in part which just never looks right. I also think a little bit of skin never hurt anyone and breaks it up a bit! Wrap Scarf : IntheStyle // Top : IntheStyle // Skirt : Old ( Similar Here) // Boots : Public Desire //Watch : Abbott Lyon (Use code SINEADAL25 for £25 discount and free worldwide shipping) Styling with a Skirt Of course my beloved denim skirt was bound to make an appearance as it always does, seriously guys it’s such a wardrobe staple! I’ve paired it with the white version of the khaki top I was wearing in the first look – yes we’ve already established I’m a girl of habit! I will just mention that the tops and the scarf are all from IntheStyle and if you do purchase anything, make sure you use the code SIN10 for 10% off your order! Again, the wrap scarf is perfect for adding a warm layer to your outfit without having to completely cover it up with a coat, to be fair I’ve pretty much made it the star of the show here as everything else is simple and monochrome- ish. Of course my favourite boots made another appearance! I’m not really a belt person but I’ve seen people add belts to this kind of look which does actually look really nice, its just not me.  Wrap Scarf : IntheStyle //Jumper : H&M // Jeans : IntheStyle // Boots : QS Laid Back Look I know these are all casual looks, what else did you…

New In Beauty

New In Beauty

Beauty Buys This month I’ve been getting into beauty so much, I’m truly determined to learn from the best and become a beauty guru! I’ve had a lot of gifts in the form of beauty products recently which I find is great for trying out new things and seeing what works best for me. Real Techniques // Sigma After buying my Louise Young foundation brush I’ve literally gone brush crazy. I now know I need a separate brush (at least one) for each thing. I found a great set of real techniques brushes for just £16.99 from TK Maxx the other day. They had so many brushes, both individually packaged and in sets so if you live near one I would recommend popping in! I went for this set because I wanted something for my bronze and eyeshadow, then I got the flat foundation brush (hate flat foundation brushes but I’m sure I’ll find a use for it) as an added extra! These HD brushes were kindly sent to me by the lovely people at Sigma. They’re angled in a way that allows you to apply your foundation and concealer to create a flawless finish, reaching all creases and cracks! I had to shoot these pictures quite speedily because I actually wanted to try them! I think the concealer brush is in-credible, amazing for getting into all of the areas around the eye! The foundation brush failed to win my heart, I’ll be fair to it though, it did a good job, but I just will never stray from my Louise Young! It will probably be good for when I want a higher coverage, if I’m going out for the evening or something!! They also sent me this super fancy brush cleaning mat which I’ll put to use this evening! I’ve not washed any of my brushes yet and I’ve had my foundation one for at least a month. Apparently this is really bad and I’m lucky I don’t have spots so I’m sorting it out! Eyeko // Next So many eye products! I got this little eye palette from Next and of course I dug a chunk out of it with my fingernail as I clumsily forced it open. I was excited ok! I Still need to watch many tutorials on how to use it properly but I love the warm, neutral tones so I know I’ll love it once I know how to use it! The lovely people from Eyeko also sent me some bits to try out and I can seriously say my eyebrows are on fleek. And just eyes in general! Love the eyeliner felt tip, it’s so much easier to control than my usual pot so another aim of mine is to perfect the eyeliner flick.. is anyone getting the theme here? I suck at make up! I actually got the Next palette in a goody bag with this lip bullet. I’ve never used a lip bullet before but its got such a lovely smooth and creamy feel, I was…
