OOTD | Club Grays

I’m so excited to let you guys into my secret club, I’ve been selected as an ambassador for Club Grays, a British company that takes pride in creating luxurious products designed and made in England. Their debut collection is a simple selection of printed tees (as worn by moi) perfect for adding your own touch, styling it in your own way. I thought I would do a little OOTD post on this as I’m going to be doing a take over on their instagram (@clubgrays) on the 15th August. Make sure you follow them to see what I get up to as it’s going to be a sort of day in the life takeover! Plus, I’ll be on holiday in Italy so you can just close your eyes and pretend that your there with me! *T Shirt : Club Grays | Jeans : Boyfriends  | *Sandals : Slydes | Sunglasses : Asos

OOTD | Boyfriend Jeans

I’ve lost count of the amount of time I’ve spent browsing fashion sites looking for the perfect pair of boyfriend jeans recently, definitely more than I’d like to admit. Then, out of the blue, the perfect solution.. right there in front of me! So I was round my boyfriends the other day in a skirt, having decided that actually, today was more of a jeans day I told him we had to go home I needed to change. He suggested I wore his jeans, I was all like no way hosay they aren’t going to fit me and I will look ridiculous. “They’re called boyfriend jeans for a reason” he told me, so to prove that I was right (I always am) I tried them on and voila! they fitted, in the perfect boyfriend jeans kinda way! So I’m sorry Jack but this is me formally telling you to go and buy a new pair of jeans, you made me try them on so it’s your fault. Hey, don’t they look perfect with my men’s t shirt?!   T Shirt : H&M | Jeans : Stolen (Similar Here and Here) | Sandals : M&S  (Similar Here) | Bag : Mango ( Similar Here) | *Sunglasses : Zero UV

OOTD | PASTEL ACCESSORIES

I’m so excited to finally wear this top, I’ve had it for a few weeks now but I lent it to one of my good photographer friends for a shoot. I picked it up from Boohoo for a mere £18 which I was pretty happy about! I love floaty tops almost as much as I love cold shoulders! Last week I was sent this beautiful pastel bag from Label MB, I’m normally really boring when it comes to colours of handbags. I find it difficult to venture away from black, even tan is pretty out there for me so the last thing I would usually pick is a pink bag. Oh how I was wrong! Pink goes with everything, everything I wear anyway! I’m a sucker for a bucket bag and love the textured detailing. All I can say is I wish I had it earlier for the whole of summer!

OOTD | Denim

I’m not sure if you’ve noticed but there’s only one thing I love more than cold shoulders and thats lace up. This dress from Laundry Boutique’s quite similar to my H&M dress but in denim. I actually prefer the denim syle, the shape and length is much more flattering which is always a good thing! I’m a sucker for basics and I would definitely class a denim dress as a wardrobe staple. I’ve dresses it down with my open toe boots because of this damn weather, but I will 100% be wearing this on holiday with some gladiator!! If you fancy treating yourself to this or anything else from Laundry Boutique, make sure you use the code LOVESTYLE10 for 10% off of your order!! Guys, if you do get these boot’s I would go for the size down from what you usually are, although I love them they are a tad on the large side.       *Dress: Laundry Boutique | *Boots: Linzi Shoes | Hat: H&M | *Bracelet: JJDR | *Watch: Urban Watch

Folk Chic

Folk Chic

This week my partner in crime (and blog photographer) came home from holiday, yay! Last week I had a bit of a nightmare, I had lots of lovely outfit post’s and photographs lined up to cover her being away when disaster struck. I lost my teeny tiny memory card down the side of the sofa. Cue pop sock on the end of the hoover, we tried everything but the little bugger was gone! So I’m super happy to have her back so we can get shooting again! I brought this top from H&M in the divided section last week, I have to admit, I often walk straight past the divided section passing it off as ‘kids’ clothing. Oh yes, I’m far too sleek and sophisticated for that kind of thing! But seen as I was exchanging something I went through every item in the whole of H&M, I’m not lying.. ask my Mum! I’m not usually one that goes for colour but with my new found love for cold shoulders and my drive to be more ‘girly’ ( a model at work told me I dress like a boy), I thought.. why not! I can’t lie to you, it’s probably the most annoying top I’ve ever worn, but I’d say it’s worth it.. it’s a cute top. The elasticated neckline means it is constantly pinging up around my neck so you have to walk around like the girl from the deodorant advert.. as I said before, totally worth it! I’ve styled it with my good old denim skirt and my new open toe boots from Linzi shoes, who doesn’t love a good shoe boot, am I right or am I right? The tassels are definitely what sold them to me! I think this look is a bit ‘Folk Chic’ shall we call it? Though that might just be the shock of wearing something other than a white t shirt! My Zero UV sunglasses also go perfectly with this top and make a lovely replacement for a necklace. That’s the one thing about these tops, the neckline means necklaces can look a bit icky if they fall in the wrong place, hey presto, the perfect solution.
