Superga // Easy Like A Sunday Morning

Firstly can someone please leave a comment below with the correct way to say Superga? Everytime I say it it’s different and I feel like an idiot! Secondly, is this not the most perfect Sunday outfit? Ok, I know, pyjamas are the perfect Sunday outfit, agreed, but if you absolutely must leave the house then this is definitely the one! I actually had to do that dreaded trip to get the car the morning after the night before today, of course I went in my pyjamas naturally then whilst we were out, Mum thought it would be nice to go for a Costa. So I went to Costa in Pyjamas and Uggs, something I am not proud of. Jumper : Zara  // Jeans : H&M // Superga’s : Cloggs Footwear I love this outfit, I never really wear trainers apart from my Converse which to be fair I only wear for work and walking the dog! Can you call these trainers though?? Obviously I had to go for the copper ones, such a classic blogger move! I love them with this neutral look, they’re so comfy too it’s just such an easy outfit and let me tell you a secret, those aren’t jeans, they’re the dreaded jeggings! But, before you throw me to the wolves, I think it’s fine because they’re jean material and I’m wearing a long top so you can’t see they’re not actual jeans! Am I forgiven? This jumper is actually stolen from my Sister (you’ll probably recognise it from this post!) and she got it in the Zara sale so unfortunately it’s sold out but I’ve linked a pretty good alternative! I’ve also linked a few similar ones at the bottom of the post! Superga Sizing I’m actually gutted because they’re a size too big for me! And of course I wore them straight away without thinking about the fact that it’s not practical to have a pair of shoes that fall off your feet with every step. . ok maybe 2 sizes too big? This is the problem with varying EU sizes though! Does anyone else have this when they buy shoes and the EU sizes are different? Maybe it’s just my size 7/8 feet but different shop’s seem to have different opinions on what EU 41 is! So I would definitely recommend double checking the sizing before you order if you’re after a pair of these! Shop The Post I’ve just posted my first Youtube video and would love for you to watch it and let me know what you think! Make sure you subscribe if you like it and if you want to see more! In The Style UK // Styling a Shirt Dress

In The Style UK // Styling a Shirt Dress

I feel like there’s so many different online shops that have popped up over the past few years, it’s hard to know which ones are good and which one’s to avoid. I’m not a huge one for online shopping – usually I only shop online if I know the shop from the high street, but I’ve been trying to reform my shopping habits! In The Style UK is one I’ve definitely made an allowance for, I’ve tried and tested it and can honestly say it’s safe guys! What’s more is that I have a 10% discount code for you beautiful people! Just enter the code SIN10 at the checkout! *Jacket : Shop Fashion Bazaar // *Dress : InTheStyle UK  (use code SIN10 for 10% off sitewide)// Boots : Next Sold Out  // Chocker : DIY – See how I did it here! // Bag : YesStyle I Love this dress from In The Style UK, my sister had a shirt dress that I used to borrow a lot so I figured it was time to get my own. This one’s got a super casual edge because of the drop hem which I feel makes it look a bit more casual for day wear! I paired it with these snake boots and my DIY choker, these boots are my favourite for wearing with skirts because they come up slightly higher which I find oh so flattering! I managed to nab my sisters Chloe dupe on my way out the door which I was pretty happy about, she is actually a hoarder and ordered it in all three colours available. Now I don’t know how I feel about dupes to buy one myself but I’m more than happy to borrow hers and you can’t exactly buy a Chloe bag in every colour available now can you!? I finished the look off with my favourite white jacket from Shop Fashion Bazaar, would you have believed that I actually didn’t know if I’d wear it much when I first got it and now it just seems to pop up in every outfit that I do!! Please excuse my awful liquid eyeliner in the above photo, it’s my Achilles heel! I just cannot do it, I envy the girls with ‘eyeliner on fleek’ with the hopes that one day I may be able to master the effortless flick! If you have any posts on it, tips, tricks or youtube tutorials I will be forever in your debt if you could leave me a comment below!! Shop the Post All photos taken by Kirk Schwarz. ELCY Intimates // Valentines day edit

ELCY Intimates // Valentines day edit

So if there’s one thing that is an absolute must for valentines day its sexy underwear. I know that there’s a lot of different brands out there doing this kind of thing but ELCY Intimates is by far my favourite. It is my sister’s brand so you’re probably thinking I’m biased but actually I see how much care and attention goes into each bra which is hand made for each and every order! Esme Bralette : Elcy Clothing // Lip Balm : Chanel // Perfume : Jo Malone  ELCY Intimates // Valentines Day Essentials Lingerie Of course Lingerie is quite possibly the most important thing you need for Valentines Day, it is the holiday of Love after all! What if you’re single? Well, I don’t know about you but for me confidence starts with the first layer you put on, your underwear! If you’re wearing a set of sexy matching underwear it fills you with confidence and makes you feel like you can achieve anything! ELCY Intimates do an amazing range of handmade pieces that are truly sexy. I know there are a lot of sites out there now that do this kind of thing but these pieces are not only hand made to order but they’re more grown up than some of the other brands I’ve seen which are aimed at 17 year old ‘instagram’ girls. You can get 10% off any style using the code ‘lovestylemindfulness’. Jewellery Jewellery and sexy underwear go hand in hand, Look at Rose and Jack on the Titanic! Ok I know she wasn’t wearing a bra but I bet if ELCY Intimates and the like had been around then she sure would have been! It just screams glamour which happens to lead me on to my next point. . lips! Lips Lipstick. Red to be precise, Valentines Day always calls for red lipstick! I usually go for a more pinky red as I’m blonde I sometimes feel like red lipstick can be really harsh on me! I never actually used to wear lipstick until about a year ago, and as my collection grows so does my bravery. Just give me another year and I’ll be rocking the bright reds with the best of them! I’m loving this one at the moment which my sister got me for christmas from the Ciate X Olivia Palermo collection, it’s perfect for everyday wear! Scent I have to admit that I actually stole this bottle from Sue Crowe (thanks Mum), it looks good and I want it so that pretty much counts anyway doesn’t it? I always think that you can fall in love with a scent, there’s certain smells that get me feeling in some kind of way and god help a man who’s wearing the same scent as my boyfriend when I haven’t seen him in 2 weeks. I’ll be following the poor guy round the whole of Waitrose in the perfume trail! Alexa Bralette : Elcy Clothing // *Watch : Urban Watch // Lipstick : Olivia Palermo…

Statement Coat // AETERNA STYLE

Statement Coat // AETERNA STYLE

I’m in love with this statement coat from Aeterna Style, so much so that I don’t know how I’m going to bring myself to post it back to them – I want it to be mine! *Coat : Aeterna Style // Jumper : H&M Old  // *Jeans : Aeterna Style // *Bag : Pauls Boutique // *Shoes : Linzi Shoes // *Sunglasses : Plastic Tail Statement Coat When it comes to winter, which it briefly did for all of about 5 days? You live in your coat, am I right? I feel like you have to invest in more than one coat (as I keep telling my boyfriend) because that and your shoes are all people really see in winter! Thats why statement coats are so great, they add the wow factor to your outfit without even having to think, just chuck it on and hey presto your ready to go. I chose this one because of the oversized style and because of the colour palette. We all know I’m a lover of neutrals and whilst it’s still a statement coat it’s not so out there as some of the others available not the high street. Lace Up Lovin’ I’m so obsessed with my black lace up’s so it was a no brainer when I saw these on the Linzi website. I wasn’t sure about them being patent but actually I love them! The colour goes perfectly with these faded grey jeans, honestly the comfiest jeans ever! I’ve never really seen the allure of buying expensive jeans, but when you put them on you can seriously feel the difference. They’re so much comfier then you’re average Topshop Jamies (still love you Jamie) and have so much stretch in them! Aeterna Style I’m just so shocked that I didn’t even know that this little corner of the internet existed! I’m not usually one for splashing the cash as you will all know but I love that each piece is carefully chosen to stand the test of time. I think it’s great to support boutiques like this and it’s got a more personal touch to it, knowing how much care and attention has gone into picking each and every piece. Who else is loving those shades?! What are your favourite things to splash out on? Let me know if theres something I’m missing out on and need to try! How to Wear White Jeans in Winter

How to Wear White Jeans in Winter

White jeans in winter is never really something I’d considered. To me, white jeans are exclusively a summer item that should be packed away with the floaty shorts and crop tops when October rolls around. However, I’m a big fan of Emily Luciano from LovelyLuciano.com and I’ve seen her rock white jeans in winter on the reg. To me, if she’s doing it, it’s ok. Which is what led to me doing it – such a copy cat! Hey no, it’s not copying – I’m influenced by her style. . Coat : Topshop Old // Jumper : Zara Old  // Jeans : Primark DIY (see how I did it here) // Shoes : River Island Limited Stock ( Similar Here) I have to admit I struggled with what footwear to finish the outfit off with. I love all of the neutrals together but most of my footwear is black and I found boots with this look a bit over powering, this however is perfect! Bringing back my favourite lace ups! I also recently got a pair like this in nude from Linzi shoes which would also look great, if I do say so myself! White Jeans in Winter So as I explained before it was the lovely Emily Luciano from LovelyLuciano.com who inspired me to try my hand at styling a pair of white jeans in winter. Not a combination I normally would have thought to work but hey, it does. I think you should try it too! I think it works well because I’ve kept it neutral with this jumper I found in my sisters wardrobe – seriously that place is like narnia, I need to visit more often! I’m loving the different shades of oatmeal in the knit, because its a lighter colour it’s not too harsh against the white. Do you know what I’m thinking though? I bet an all white look would look amazing in winter, if you had a white coat and – would you wear white shoes with an all white look? Honestly, sometimes I think shoes really bring an outfit together but sometimes they totally ruin it! What do you think to this look, would you or have you worn white jeans in winter? I definitely need to start having less rules for my wardrobe and mixing it up a bit – I mean if I’m going to wear jeans all the time I should at least wear different coloured ones right?! Shop the Look I’ve linked some bits below as most of the items in my look are old or sold out – sorry! I’ve found some pretty similar pieces though and I think I actually might prefer those lace up’s to mine, bearing in mind that mine are the devil and eat my feet whilst I walk around in agony!
